Tutoring Services & Camps

Engaging and effective reading tutoring. My expertise includes early literacy, phonics, fluency, comprehension and vocabulary. I help students develop the skills they need to succeed.

I provide customized, explicit and systematic reading instruction which focuses on the needs of students with dyslexia. Materials used include Take Flight, Build (K-1), Turbo Start.

One to one and small group tutoring can provide the most effective way for students to develop skills and strategies to maximize their learning potential. Sessions will be customized based on initial assessment.

I also offer thematic book camps during the summer for groups of 3-5 students based on grade/age for students entering Pre-K, K-2, and 3-5. Students will read various story books on their own (or with a parent), and during our twice weekly group times, we will incorporate discussion, crafts and activities related to the book topics.
